Taiji for Balance

This class includes warm-ups, qigong and the Chen Style Taijiquan. We will identify personal habit patterns of posture and movement while attempting to practice taiji principles. This is a weekly class. Please check the calendar before attending class in case there is a change in the schedule. This class is closed for the summer, and will begin again on September 11, 2017.
